Sign City Creative

You can find us in Room No-3 of the Champawati Complex on S.S Road. We are right opposite the Shikarpur Bus Stand here in Shimoga. It’s a small room, but it’s enough for the creative work we do. Being so close to the bus stand means it is never really quiet. There is always the sound of horns and conductors shouting. We have our computers and desks crammed into the space. Sometimes we have to move the chairs just to let someone walk to the back of the room. Sign City Creative is basically just a few of us trying to make things look good on paper and screens. The walls are covered in old sketches and bits of vinyl we didn't use. The complex itself is quite old and the stairs are a bit steep. We drink a lot of coffee from the shop downstairs. Often, we stay late when a project is taking longer than we thought. The fan in the corner makes a clicking sound that we’ve all just learned to ignore. People stop by all the time asking for directions because we are so close to the station. We don't mind much. It’s a decent place to work and the rent isn't too bad for being in the middle of town. We just focus on the designs and try to make sure we don't run out of ink or paper.
