NILAM AND MANOJ CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

Nilam and Manoj Construction Private Limited is basically run from House Number 599 in Sheohar. It is right there in Ward 15, near the Panchayat area. It is a family thing, named after the two of them, and it feels that way when you come by to talk about a job. The house is where all the planning happens, mostly around the kitchen table or the front room where we keep the ledgers and the pens. Sheohar is a busy place, and there is always someone needing something built or fixed up lately. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that. Usually, people just hear about us from their cousins or neighbors. We deal with all the usual stuff like sand, stone chips, and getting the right mix for the pillars. Some days are just spent on the phone trying to find where the labor went or why the tractor hasn't showed up with the load. It gets dusty and hot, especially in the summer months when the sun is really beating down on the open sites. We try to keep things moving as best as we can. Nilam Devi handles a lot of the local coordination since she knows everyone in the ward. Manoj is usually the one out at the village sites checking on the progress of the walls. It is hard work, and your hands stay dirty most of the week, but that is the life we chose.
