Casagrande Inida

We are based at Plot No:1-1A on Shankundayaamman Koil Street in Sembakkam. It’s right near Sriram Furniture, which is how most people find us. Casagrande Inida is where we handle the equipment and parts for the foundation work. The street is a bit narrow sometimes, but we’ve made it work for us over the years. It’s a regular neighborhood, so we try not to be too disruptive, though the machinery can be quite large. We have a small office and a yard where we keep the essentials. Most of our time is spent talking to contractors or checking on the inventory. It’s not a polished corporate environment; it’s more of a practical hub for the work we do. Sembakkam has grown a lot since we first set up here. Sometimes the heat gets a bit much, but we just keep the fans going and stay on top of the paperwork. We don't have any big mission statements or anything like that. We just provide the equipment and try to make sure everything is in order. It’s a lot of technical stuff with the drilling rigs and such, so we have to be careful. If you’re coming to see us, just look for the furniture shop and we are right nearby. It’s a simple setup, and it works for us and the people we deal with. We mostly just keep to our daily tasks and handle the equipment.
