We are based out of Flat No 302 on the third floor of Veena Palace in Sheikhpura. Hari Shankar Kumar is the one who keeps things organized here for us. It is a construction business, so most of the time we are not even in the office. We are out at various sites around Patna seeing how the concrete is setting or if the walls are straight. Living and working in Sheikhpura means we are right in the middle of everything. The office is a bit cramped with all the blueprints and files stacked up, but it works for us. We are not some massive corporation with hundreds of staff. It is just a dedicated group of us trying to make a living and build things that last. We have had some tough days when things do not go as planned, like when a machine breaks down or the labor does not show up. But that is how construction is, you just have to deal with it and move on. We use simple English and talk plainly with our clients so there are no surprises at the end of the day. People know where to find us if they have a question. We do not spend money on fancy ads. Most people just come to Veena Palace to see us. It is a straightforward way of doing things, and it has kept us going for a while now.
