Kncd Care Foundation

Kncd Care Foundation is out in Sheikhpura, specifically in the Barbigha area at Ward No 06, Parsobigha. It is a local spot that feels very connected to the ground. We don’t have a big fancy sign out front, just a small one that most people miss if they aren't looking for it. The building is part of the regular neighborhood, so we are surrounded by houses and small shops. Parsobigha is a place where people look out for each other, and we try to be a part of that. Inside our office, things are pretty simple. We have a few plastic chairs and a big table where we spread out our work. The walls are painted a light blue that has faded over the years. We get a lot of natural light in the mornings, which is nice for saving on the electricity bill. The staff here are all local, so we speak the same way as everyone else in Barbigha. There is no corporate dress code; we just wear what is comfortable for the weather. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, so we end up doing things the old-fashioned way with paper and pens. It is a slow-paced environment, but we get the work done eventually. Most of our visitors are neighbors who just walk over from their own houses to check in.
