Our office is located near the cold storage in Dinkar Nagar, Barbigha. It is a busy area, and everyone around here knows the spot. We operate out of the house belonging to Karuna Kumari and Shailendra Singh. It is a family-run feel because that is just how we work. Infrastructure sounds like a big word, but mostly it is just about getting the ground ready and making sure things are sturdy. We spend a lot of time out in the sun or dealing with the dust that comes with this kind of work. Barbigha is growing, and we wanted to be a part of that change. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just talk to the local people and get the jobs done. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, or the trucks get delayed, but we manage. Being near the cold storage helps people find us easily when they need to talk about a project. We have some guys who have been with us since the start. It is honest work, and it keeps us tired but satisfied at the end of the day. We are just regular people from the neighborhood trying to make a living by building things that stay standing for a long time. There is no magic to it, just a lot of sweat and planning.
