It’s a well-known spot, so people don’t usually have a hard time finding us. The office is tucked into the Mor village area. Sheikhpura is our district, and it’s a place where everyone kind of knows everyone. Being near the petrol pump is handy because there’s always movement and activity around. We spend a lot of time at the office handling the administrative side of the infrastructure work. It’s a busy place, especially during the day when the village is awake and people are heading to the market. The building isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it serves our purpose well. We have enough room for our small team to sit down and figure out the logistics for the next project. There’s usually a bit of noise from the road, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We didn't want a fancy office in a big city; staying close to the village and the local people in Barbigha felt more right. Most of the time, we are out on-site, but this is where the planning happens. It’s a functional space with just the basics like desks, a few chairs, and our project files. We try to keep the coffee pot full because the days can get long when we have a lot of deadlines.
