Our place is at No-1/3013 in Gayeshpur, Kalyani. It’s a simple spot not far from the post office. We have been operating here for some time now. Kalyani is a decent place to be, and our part of Gayeshpur is mostly filled with people just going about their daily lives. We are not a big fancy office. It is mostly just a workspace where we handle our ice cream business. The building is plain, and we keep things functional inside. Some days it is very quiet, and other days we have a lot of movement with supplies coming in or orders going out. We don’t have a big staff, so everyone ends up doing a little bit of everything. Whether it is checking the inventory or cleaning up the floor, we just get it done. The weather here can be tough, so keeping the cooling systems running is our biggest priority. We often see the same faces every day, which is nice. It feels like we are just part of the neighborhood. We don’t spend money on big advertisements or anything like that. Most people know we are here just by walking past or living nearby. It is a straightforward business and we try to keep it that way. We just keep the machines going and make sure the place stays cool enough for the stock we have on hand throughout the week.
