Our place is over in Chandmari, in the Gayeshpur area of Kalyani. It’s a bit out of the way, but we’ve been here for a very long time. The building is an old industrial structure that’s seen better days, but it’s solid. We aren't a new startup with a fancy glass office. We are a private limited company, but it feels more like a local family business because we’ve been here so long. The sounds of the machines are something we’ve grown used to over the years. We have workers who have lived in the Kalyani district their whole lives. It’s a steady place to work. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just focus on the production and making sure everything runs like it should. The road to Chandmari can be a bit rough sometimes, especially after it rains. We just deal with it. Our lobby isn't decorated with awards or anything. It’s just a place for people to sign in. We have a lot of respect for the history of this company. We’ve seen the world change a lot from our spot in Gayeshpur. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just keep the machines running and the staff busy. It’s a quiet, hard-working environment. We just do our work and go home to our families at the end of the day. It suits us fine.
