We spend most of our hours here at No. 84, Jinzharnghi Rd. out in Jinshan. Shanghai Precise Light Industry Equipment Co. Ltd is basically what it says on the sign out front. It gets busy around here during the mornings when the trucks arrive and everyone starts their shift. The workshop floor is usually humming with the sound of the machines running. We have been in this spot for a while now and most of us know the way the light hits the floor in the afternoon. There are stacks of equipment waiting to be moved and parts sitting on benches where we left them. It isn't a fancy place but it works for what we need to do every day. Jinshan is a bit out of the way for some but for us it is just where the work happens. We keep the doors open when the weather allows so a bit of a breeze comes through the main area. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks and that is a real problem for the morning crew. Dealing with light industry equipment means there is always something to wipe down or a bolt to tighten somewhere. We just focus on getting through the list of things to do before the sun goes down and it is time to head home. The address is easy to find if you are looking for the right gate along the road.
