At Ketan Woven Sacks Industry, we spend our days at Survey No 29/E/1. We’re located in Thondupally, which is sometimes called Tondupally depending on who you ask. We make woven sacks, which means a lot of looms running and a lot of thread everywhere. It’s a busy place and can get quite loud once all the machines are going at once. We’ve been in Thondupally for a while now and have a steady rhythm. Our building at Survey No 29/E/1 isn’t anything fancy. It’s a functional space designed for production. We don’t have a marketing team or a front desk with a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door helps out if someone stops by. We’re just regular folks working a job we know well. The sacks we make end up in all sorts of places, but we stay right here. Sometimes the thread tangles or a machine needs a bit of oil, and we just fix it and move on. It’s not a complicated business, but it requires a lot of attention. We like being part of the industrial landscape in Tondupally. It’s where we’ve built our routine. We don’t use any big fancy language to describe ourselves. We just make the sacks and try to keep things running smoothly. It’s hard work, but we’re used to it and it keeps us going.
