Out here in Pedda Shapur Village, things move a bit slower than in the big city. Raja Plastics is based at Plot No. 220/1, and we’ve been part of this community for a while. Our work involves a lot of plastic molding and shaping. The machines are old but they still run well if you know how to handle them. We have a small team of workers from the local village who have been with us for years. The floor is often covered in small plastic scraps, but we sweep up at the end of every shift. We don't have a website or any of that fancy stuff. Most of our business comes from people who just know where we are and what we can do. It’s a practical setup with a lot of outdoor storage for the raw materials. Sometimes the cows from the nearby farms wander near our gate, which is just part of working in the village. We don't have a formal office space; we just use a small table near the entrance for our records. It gets hot under the tin roof during the afternoons, so we usually take a long break when the sun is highest. We are just simple people making plastic goods that people need for their daily lives. Plot No. 220/1 is our home away from home, and we plan to stay here as long as we can.
