Skillgrowth Foundation

Skillgrowth Foundation is located in Shamli, specifically in the Mohalla Pansariyan area. We are right by the Sati Mandir Colony, which is a very familiar landmark for anyone who lives in this town. The office is just a plain spot where we gather to get things done. It’s not fancy at all. We have some old desks and a few chairs that have seen better days, but they do the job. Shamli is the kind of place where news travels fast and everyone seems to be connected somehow. Our location in the colony makes it easy for local people to stop in if they need to talk to us. We don’t really have a big staff, just a few of us who handle everything from the cleaning to the paperwork. The street outside can get a bit narrow, especially if there are carts or bikes parked everywhere. We’ve been in this neighborhood long enough that we know most of the shopkeepers nearby. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit when the weather is nice. It’s a very grounded way of working. There are no corporate rules or dress codes here. We just show up in whatever is comfortable and start the day’s work. It’s a very local operation and we like it that way. If you find the Sati Mandir, you’re basically there. It’s just a short walk from the temple.
