Atura Impex Private Limited

Atura Impex is located over in Shamli, tucked away in C-85 Kamla Colony. If you know the Muzaffarnagar area at all, you know how busy these streets can get with all the trading and transport. We spend most of our mornings checking on shipments and making sure the paperwork for the import-export side of things is actually correct, which is harder than it sounds some days. The office is pretty basic. We have a couple of computers that sometimes run slow and enough chai to keep everyone awake through the afternoon slump. It’s a lot of coordination, really. One minute we’re talking to someone about a container and the next we’re just trying to figure out why the delivery truck is stuck three towns over. Our spot in Kamla Colony is quiet enough for us to get work done, but we’re always on the move. We don’t have any big corporate slogans or anything like that hanging on the walls. It’s just us, some files, and a lot of phone calls. Dealing with international stuff from a place like Shamli means you have to be patient with the local infrastructure. Things take time. We’ve learned to just roll with the delays and keep pushing forward. It’s just honest work, nothing more and nothing less. We show up, we do the job, and we go home to our families. That’s the way we’ve always operated here in Uttar Pradesh.
