Ramco Industries Ltd.

Our site is situated at Survey No 782/13, right across from the APSRTC bus depot in the Hakimpet area. Being near the depot means there is always the sound of buses pulling in and out, which becomes a sort of background rhythm for our day. At Ramco Industries, the work is pretty steady. We get started early before the sun gets too high because once it gets hot, the metal sheds can feel like an oven. The post office at Nisa isn't far, so we see the mail carriers passing by quite often. Most of the guys here have been working these same machines for a long time. We know which ones need a little extra attention to keep running right. It’s a practical environment. We don’t spend time on fancy speeches or big meetings. We just look at what needs to be done for the day and we get to it. Sometimes the yard gets a bit messy with materials, especially when a big shipment arrives, but we try to keep the paths clear. Lunch is usually a quick affair, maybe some food brought from home while sitting on the benches outside. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and moving things from one spot to another. We focus on the task at hand. You won’t find any shiny showrooms here, just the raw materials and the people who know how to handle them. It’s a basic industrial setup, and we like it that way.
