Visudhi Developers is located at House No. 79, down in Ghati Niche near Gandhi Chouk in Barode. If you know the Shajapur area, you know it’s a busy little spot. We do development work, which means we spend a lot of time looking at land and thinking about how to build things on it. It’s not always easy, especially with all the rules and the way the land sits in Ward No. 13. We are just local people trying to make some improvements in our town. We don't have a big shiny office; we just work out of this house and keep things simple. Sometimes we are out in the sun all day checking on a new plot, and other times we are sitting at the desk trying to make the numbers work. It is a bit of a juggle. Being in Barode-465550, we see the same faces every day, which we like. We aren't trying to be the biggest developers in Madhya Pradesh, just the ones who do a decent job in our own neighborhood. There’s always a lot of dust and noise when a project is going, but that is how you know something is getting done. We just take it one day at a time, dealing with the usual headaches of construction and land deals while trying to stay honest and straightforward with everyone. It's just us doing what we can with the property we have.
