Health Care Clinic

Being located near the Tilak Nagar Chauraha means there is never really a silent moment at the Health Care Clinic. The bus stand is right there, so you can always hear the drivers shouting or the engines idling throughout the day. It’s a very busy part of the city. We get a lot of people who are just passing through because they are catching a bus, and they stop in because they see our sign near the chauraha. The floor gets dirty pretty fast with all the foot traffic, so we are constantly cleaning up. I like being near the bus stand though because there is always something to see. The clinic is set up in a way that makes it easy for people to find us quickly. We have some old benches in the waiting area that have been there since we opened. Sometimes the tea seller from across the street brings over a couple of cups when it’s a slow afternoon. It is mostly just a practical place for people to get checked out. We don’t go in for any of that corporate style decorating. It’s just us here, doing the work. Tilak Nagar Chauraha is a landmark everyone knows, so we don’t have to give directions much. Usually, people just say they are going to the place by the bus stand. It stays pretty warm inside during the summer, but the ceiling fans do their job well enough.
