Goyal Masala Udyog

Goyal Masala Udyog is right there on Mata Mandir Marg in Jamner Village. It’s part of the Shujalpur Tehsil, which is a quiet place where most people know their neighbors. We have a simple plot at number 82 where we do all our processing. We don't have any fancy office furniture or air conditioning. We just have our machines and a lot of space to store the raw materials we get from the local farmers. The work is physically demanding. We spend hours lifting bags and checking the quality of the seeds by hand. You can’t really trust a machine to tell you if a batch is good or not. Shujalpur gets very hot, so we try to get most of our grinding done before the sun gets too high in the sky. If we wait too long, the workshop becomes like an oven. We don't have any corporate slogans or a mission statement. We are just people who know how to work with spices. Our customers are mostly local traders who come by with their own vehicles to pick up what they need. It’s a very straightforward way of doing things. We don't spend time on computers or fancy reports. We just keep our ledger books and make sure the math adds up at the end of the day. It’s just a normal business in a small village.
