Royal Communication is tucked away in the Train Bahadurganj area, right near Raja P.C.O. If you know where Lal Imli Chauraha is, then you’re basically there. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a long time, and most people around here know who we are. It’s a busy little corner of the world, and we like being right in the middle of it. Our shop isn't anything fancy; it’s just a place where we handle phones, connections, and all that kind of stuff. We have a lot of regular customers who drop in just to say hello or ask a quick question about their devices. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who have learned the trade over the years. We’ve seen how much technology has changed since we first opened, but we still do things the old-fashioned way—by being honest and talking to people face-to-face. Sometimes we’re a bit slow if there’s a crowd, but we try to get to everyone eventually. We don’t use any script or sales pitches. We just tell you what’s wrong with your phone or your line and how much it’ll cost to fix it. It’s a simple business, and we like it that way. Being part of the local scene here in Bahadurganj is important to us, and we plan on staying put right by the Chauraha for as long as we can.
