Learner Engagement Training Services (India) Private Limited

Learner Engagement Training Services is based in VPO Talwandi Jattan, out in the SBS Nagar area. We operate out of Gurinder Singh Sidhu’s place in Chak Ramu Behram, near Nawan Shehar. It’s a very rural setting for a training company, but that’s where we are needed most. We focus on getting people more involved in their own learning. It sounds complicated, but it’s really just about making sure students and workers don't just sit there, but actually understand what they are doing. We aren't a big city firm with shiny brochures. Our office is a simple room where we plan out our training sessions. Sometimes we travel to other towns, but this is our home base. Nawan Shehar is a quiet place and being in a village like Talwandi Jattan means we stay connected to what real people need. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website that works perfectly all the time. It’s just a few of us trying to improve how things are taught around here. We deal with a lot of local schools and small businesses. It’s a lot of face-to-face talk and trying to figure things out as we go. We like the work because it feels like we are actually helping our own community get a bit more engaged with their education. It’s just us, Gurinder, and the team working hard in the village every day.
