We go by Jindal Aluminium Limited Bangalore, but our actual location is A/14 in the Ravi Nagar Colony. This is over in the Pauradhar area near the Jhimar Colliery in the Anuppur district of Madhya Pradesh. It is a mining area, so there is always a bit of coal dust in the air and big trucks moving around the roads. The colony is a small, tight-knit place where everyone knows who is who. Being at A/14 means we are right in the middle of the residential area, which makes for a different kind of work environment. We don't have a big glass building or a fancy boardroom.
