Ashok Verma Associates

Our office, Ashok Verma Associates, is over in Dhanpuri Colliery No-3. It’s a bit of a specific area to find if you aren't from around here, but we are right near the State Bank of India building, which helps people locate us. The colliery area has its own rhythm, and we’ve been part of it for a bit. It’s not a flashy place. We just have our desks and files and the usual things you’d expect in an office setting. Most days are spent handling paperwork and talking to people who walk in. It can get a bit loud outside with the local activity, but inside we just focus on the tasks at hand. I usually get in early to beat the heat and get a head start on the day’s logs. We know most of the people who work in the nearby shops and the bank staff too. It feels like a small community where everyone recognizes each other. We don't use a lot of fancy technology, just what is necessary to keep the records straight. There’s usually some tea going and someone coming in to ask a question. It’s a practical environment. We don’t try to be anything we aren't. We just provide the services that the local area needs from an associate's office like ours and keep the desk clear for the next visitor.
