Ansh Traders

Out here in Village Medhauli, life moves at its own pace. Ansh Traders is situated near the Post Office in Jhingurdah, which is a bit of a local landmark for people around here. We are also quite close to the N C L Hospital, so there is always a bit of activity from people coming and going for their appointments or visiting family. It can be a bit noisy with the ambulances and the general bustle of a hospital zone, but you get used to it after a few weeks. The shop itself is pretty basic. We don’t have much in the way of decoration because we use most of the space for storage and moving goods. Being a trader means you are always dealing with boxes, lists, and people coming in to check on orders. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, so we spend a fair amount of time sweeping up. The weather out here in Medhauli can be tough, especially when it rains and the ground gets a bit muddy near the entrance. We just put down some old sacks to keep the floor dry. It is a family-run kind of thing, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it is counting stock or talking to the delivery drivers who stop by. We don't have any corporate manuals or anything like that; we just know how things work because we’ve been doing it for so long.
