If you have ever been to this part of East Delhi, you know that the traffic is constant and the energy is high. Our building is always full of the sound of people moving bags and haggling over prices. Inside our space, things are pretty packed. We have shelves reaching up to the ceiling filled with different types of clothing. It is a bit of a squeeze to move around when we have a big shipment arriving. We spend a lot of time on our feet, checking the quality of the fabric and making sure the labels are on straight. It is a very hands-on business. We don't sit behind fancy desks all day. Most of the time, we are right there on the floor with the rest of the staff. Lunch is usually a quick affair because there is always another phone call to take or a visitor to meet.
