Xact Search Realty Llp is based in Dilshad Garden. Our office is actually an MIG flat, R-99F on the second floor. We are very close to the metro station, which makes it easy for us to get around East Delhi. Being in a flat instead of a commercial building makes the office feel more relaxed. We have a small balcony where we sometimes take a break from all the paperwork. Dilshad Garden is a big place with lots of different blocks, and we spend our time searching for properties across all of them. It’s a lot of legwork, but we enjoy being out and about. We don't have a corporate structure or a bunch of managers. It’s just a small group of us trying to find the right spots for our clients. We keep our records in old-fashioned folders because we don't trust computers for everything. Sometimes the parking in this part of 110095 is a bit of a headache, but that’s just part of life here. We don't use any slick marketing phrases or make big promises. We just show you what we’ve found and tell you the price the owners are asking. We help with the government paperwork and the bank stuff too, because it can be really confusing for people. We’ve been doing this for years and we know the local market pretty well. It’s a quiet, steady kind of work.
