Veerji Restaurant. We are based in Geeta Colony, East Delhi. Our place is at 6/174 on the ground floor. We are quite close to the local thana, so the area is always busy with people coming and going. We are just a regular neighborhood restaurant. We don't have any fancy decorations or expensive menus. We chose the name Veerji because it feels like family. We cook traditional food like what you would get at home. The kitchen is simple and we do all the work ourselves. We spend the day chopping, cooking, and serving. It is a lot of hard work on your feet all day. The restaurant has a few tables and chairs for people to sit. We don't have any big marketing plans or promotional stuff. We just hope the food tastes good enough for people to come back. Geeta Colony is a tight-knit place, and we know many of our customers by name. Sometimes it gets very crowded during dinner time, and we have to rush around. Other times it's quiet and we just sit and drink tea. We don't have a polished corporate look. We just have a clean kitchen and fresh food. It is a simple life and we are happy with it. We just focus on one meal at a time. It’s an honest business.
