Our small office is tucked away in Shahdara, specifically at B-4-C-2 in Dilshad Garden. We’ve been here for a bit now, mostly spending our days talking to students and their parents about school stuff. It’s usually pretty quiet until the afternoon when people start dropping in with questions about where to go for college or how to handle all the paperwork for studying overseas. We have a couple of desks and a lot of folders. Sometimes the tea runs out, but we try to keep things moving. It isn't a fancy setup. We just sit down with whoever comes in and go through the options one by one. Shahdara can get busy, but this little corner of Dilshad Garden is alright. People around here know us as the ones who deal with the UK education side of things. Most of what we do is just explaining how the different systems work. It takes a lot of time to get everything right, so there is usually someone typing away at a computer or on the phone trying to get an answer from a university. We don't have a big reception area or anything. You just walk in and we see what needs doing. It’s just work, really. Keeping track of deadlines and making sure forms don't have mistakes is the main part of the job. If you’re around this part of Delhi, you probably walked past our door without thinking much of it. We keep our hours steady and just try to get through the daily tasks.
