Dilshad Colony is a busy place with a lot of families living around, so we see a lot of the same faces every week. It’s not a fancy five-star establishment or anything like that. We are just a local restaurant trying to serve the people who live nearby. Most of the staff here have been with us since the start. We don't have a big corporate office or a marketing department. It’s just us working in the kitchen and at the tables every day. The address can be a bit tricky if you aren't from around Shahdara, but once you find A-90, you're basically there. We keep things pretty simple and don't try to be something we are not. It’s just a private limited company that runs a small eating house. We like being part of the East Delhi community. There is always noise and life on the streets here, and we just fit right into it. If you're ever in the colony and feeling hungry, you'll find us right there at our spot. We just focus on the day-to-day work and keeping the place clean and ready for guests.
