Stonebaked Cafe (Opc) Private Limited

Our cafe is tucked away at T-6 in Naveen, Shahadra. It’s right behind Shyam Lal College, so we see a lot of students and teachers walking by every day. The address used to be 1585/12, but most people just find us by looking for the college. We aren't a big chain or anything. It’s just Stonebaked Cafe, run as a one-person company mostly. We put in a lot of hours here making sure the food is okay and the oven is running right. The space isn't huge, but we have enough room for folks to sit and talk. We don't have a big staff, so if it's busy, you might have to wait a minute while we finish an order. We just like making things people enjoy eating. It’s simple work, really. Most of our day is spent prepping ingredients or cleaning up after the lunch rush. Shahadra has a certain feel to it, and we fit right in with the local shops and small businesses. We don't spend money on fancy ads or social media people. We just rely on people telling their friends if they liked the place. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when it's crowded, but that’s fine. We are just happy to be here doing this every day. It gets a bit noisy when the college lets out, but we like the energy. We just keep the coffee brewing and the food coming out fresh.
