Royal Imperial Feast Llp

Royal Imperial Feast Llp operates out of the basement at C 262 in Vivek Vihar I. The name might sound quite grand, but we are just regular people working in a basement space in a residential neighborhood. We do a lot of the prep work and planning for food events here. It’s a quiet spot, which is nice because it lets us focus on the details without too many distractions from the street. The basement stays fairly cool, which is a big plus during the Delhi summers. We have a lot of storage for our equipment and a small area where we handle all the administrative tasks. Vivek Vihar is a nice, established area, and we’ve gotten to know the local shops where we pick up our daily supplies. We don't have a big storefront or anything like that. People usually find us through word of mouth or by coming directly to the address. Our days are filled with checking inventory, talking to vendors, and making sure all the lists are updated. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination. We aren't a big corporate team, just a few of us trying to make sure every feast we are part of goes off without a hitch. It’s simple work, but it keeps us very busy. Sometimes we are here quite late when a big event is coming up, but that is just the nature of this kind of business. We’ve been at this for a couple of years now and it’s become our normal routine.
