You can find us at J K - 136 - A in Dilshad Garden. We are over in the Shahdara side of East Delhi. It’s a place with a lot of people and not much green space sometimes, which is why we do the work we do. Our focus is on nature and trying to bring a bit of that back into the daily life of the city. The office is small, just a little spot where we keep our supplies and all our records. We aren't some big, flashy NGO with a lot of money and staff. We’re just a small group of people who think things should be a bit greener for everyone. Dilshad Garden is a very busy place, and it can be hard to find a quiet moment, but we try to create that through our projects. We spend a lot of our time outside, not just sitting in the office in front of screens. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment or new furniture. Most of what we have in the office is used or repurposed. We try to live by what we say about the environment. The neighborhood knows us as the people who are always talking about plants and soil. It’s not always easy, and sometimes people don't really listen to what we have to say, but we keep at it anyway. It’s honest work and we don't try to dress it up with big corporate words. We just want to do our bit for the earth right here in Shahdara for as long as we can.
