Redclay Digital Media Private Limited

We are based at V-13 in Arvind Mohalla, which is part of the Ghonda area in Shahdara. It’s a busy, lived-in neighborhood where everyone seems to know each other. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle digital media projects. It isn’t anything fancy or high-end—just some desks, chairs, and our computers. The lighting isn't always the best in here, but it works for what we do. We spend our days mostly staring at screens and talking through ideas for the content we are working on. Because we are in Ghonda, it can get pretty noisy outside with the traffic and the local shops, but we’ve learned to tune it out over time. We usually eat our lunch together at the main table, often just food brought from home in tiffins. There’s no big reception area or formal meeting rooms here. If we need to talk something over, we just pull up a chair next to someone else's desk. It feels very much like a local business because that’s exactly what we are. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated processes to get things done. We just get the work in, figure out how to do it, and get it finished. The building is a bit older, but it has a lot of character, and we've made ourselves comfortable in the space. It’s just a group of us trying to build something in this corner of East Delhi. We like it this way and don't feel the need for a fancy office.
