Our office is tucked away in Gali Number 16 in Balbir Nagar Extension. The address is 272-A-13, and it is a simple place. We have been running Rarephoenix Hospitality from here for a while now. It is a busy street, so there is always noise from the scooters and people walking by. We do our best to keep things organized inside. Hospitality is a tough business because there are always things changing at the last minute. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking to people who are looking for places to stay. We are not a big firm with a fancy lobby. We are just a small group of people working out of a local neighborhood in Delhi 110093. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up because the house numbering here is a bit confusing, but we usually get our packages eventually. We deal with various aspects of the industry, from managing rooms to helping with travel arrangements. It is honest work. We do not have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Word of mouth is usually how people hear about us. We drink a lot of chai during our breaks and talk about how to make the day-to-day operations smoother. The street outside is narrow, so parking is always a headache for anyone visiting. We mostly just walk or take a rickshaw. We have some old wooden desks that have been with us since we started.
