RADHAMA HOLIDAY RESORTS AND SPA LLP

We operate out of an apartment in Shahdara, specifically in the Shree Ganesh Apartment complex in Indraprastha Extension. It is Flat F-202 on the second floor. Since we are an LLP, it is a partnership between a few of us who wanted to do something in the holiday and spa industry. We do not have a fancy storefront. We mostly work from this residential area because it is where we live and it is easier to manage things from here. Radhama is about coordinating holiday spots and spa services, though we are not doing the actual spa work right here in the living room. We manage the bookings and the staff at the actual locations from this office. The society is usually quiet during the day, which helps us focus. We have a lot of folders stacked up on the table. Sometimes we have tea together while discussing the next month’s schedule. Shahdara has changed a lot over the years and it is getting busier every day. We try to keep our overhead low by staying in this apartment. It works for us. We spend our time making sure the resorts have what they need. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes we lose track of time and work late into the evening. We have a view of the other apartment blocks from our window. It is nothing special, but it is nice to see the trees in the society park sometimes.
