Our business, Piquants Food Products Llp, is over in Babarpur Shahdara. We are located at 1-H in Shastri Nagar, specifically on Gali No. 11. It is a typical East Delhi neighborhood with narrow lanes and a lot of activity. Our space is quite simple. We use it for all the administrative side of our food products. It’s not the kind of place with a big glass front or a neon sign. It’s just a doorway in a busy lane. We spend most of our time coordinating with suppliers and making sure our orders are correct. The lane can get crowded with rickshaws and delivery bikes, which makes things interesting when we have stuff coming in. We’ve grown used to the pace here. It’s a very local way of working. Most of us live not too far away, so we know the area well. We don't have any polished corporate manuals. We just learned the business by doing it every day. Sometimes it’s stressful when things don't go as planned, but we just sit down and figure it out together. There’s usually a pot of tea going and some snacks on the table. It’s a basic setup but it works for what we do. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a reliable one in our own little corner of Shahdara.
