Moar Estates Private Limited

We run Moar Estates Private Limited out of House No. 1/3 in Rampura. It’s basically right where we live and work every single day. Rampura is our home, so it made a lot of sense for us to start the business right here instead of renting some expensive office in the city. We deal with land and small houses in the immediate area. It's a very small operation. Just a couple of us handling the phone calls and showing people around the local plots when they have time to look. We don't have a big staff or fancy uniforms. Usually, you’ll find us sitting on the porch or in the front room with a stack of papers and a phone that doesn't stop ringing. People in Rampura know exactly where to find us when they want to sell a piece of land or find a new place for their family to stay. We know the history of most of the buildings around here, which really helps when someone asks about who the old neighbors were or how old the roof is. It's quiet work mostly, but it keeps us busy. Sometimes a buyer comes from out of town and we have to explain how things work in a place like Rampura. We like it that way. Keeping things local means we don't have to deal with the stress of the big city. We take our time with each person who walks through the gate at 1/3.
