Kgr Import & Exportprivate Limited

We run Kgr Import & Export Private Limited out of Naveen Shahdara in North East Delhi. Our office is in Panchsheel Garden at B-12, on the second floor. The old address was 1/11804, but most people just look for the Panchsheel Garden area now. It’s a residential neighborhood that has a lot of small businesses like ours mixed in. We focus on the import and export trade, which mostly means we spend a lot of time on the computer and the phone. Our office isn't very big, and it's usually filled with the sound of the fan and people talking. We don't have any fancy signs or a big marketing budget. We just rely on the work we do every day to keep things going. The 110032 area can be quite busy during the morning rush, but it settles down later on. We handle the paperwork, talk to the customs people, and make sure the goods are moving along the way they should. Sometimes things go wrong, like a shipment getting delayed or a document missing a stamp, and we have to scramble to fix it. That’s just part of the job. We aren't corporate types; we are just regular people working in Shahdara. We keep it simple and try to be as practical as possible with everything we do. It’s been our home base for a good while and we like it.
