You’ll find Jai Jinendra Textiles LLP on the third floor of building 91 in Jagriti Enclave, Phase III, over in Shahdara. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood grow and change around us. It’s a residential-cum-commercial area, so it feels a bit more relaxed than some of the busier markets. Our office is where we handle all the textile orders and talk to our suppliers. It isn't a massive operation with hundreds of people. Instead, it’s just a few of us who know the textile business inside and out. We spend most of our time looking at samples and making sure the quality is what it should be. The third-floor location gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is nice when you need a break from the computer screen. We don't really go for all that corporate talk or big presentations. If you come by, you’ll probably see us just working through a pile of invoices or checking on a shipment. We value being direct and honest with the people we work with. If there’s a problem with a batch of fabric, we deal with it right then and there. Shahdara is home for us, and we like being part of the local economy here. It’s not always easy, but it’s the life we chose and we’re happy with it. We just keep our heads down and do the work without any fuss.
