Indo Mughal Foods Private Limited is located at A-13, T-1 in Dilshad Garden. It’s not a very large setup, just a practical space where we handle our food business. We’ve been here for a while now, and the routine is pretty much the same every day. We start early in the morning to get everything prepped. There’s a lot of cleaning to do before the real work starts. We handle a lot of different ingredients, so the place is usually stacked with crates and bags. Dilshad Garden is a nice enough area, but the parking near our building is a nightmare. We often have to carry heavy boxes quite a distance from the truck. My brother handles most of the supplier meetings, while I stay here to keep an eye on the staff. It’s a lot of manual labor, and things don't always go according to plan. Sometimes a machine breaks down or a delivery is late, and we just have to figure it out as we go. We don't have a fancy reception area or a big sign. It’s just a regular workplace for us. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so it feels like a neighborhood spot. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to run a decent business and keep the bills paid. It’s honest work, and it keeps us on our toes all day long.
