Down in Gandhi Nagar at Ix-6749, Janta Gali, you’ll find our little setup for Fulltoss Creemz. It’s a busy part of Delhi-East Delhi and things can get pretty loud outside most of the time. We spend most of our day inside, though, working with the machines and making sure all the snacks and dairy products are handled right. It’s a lot of manual labor and keeping track of stock in a small space. We don’t have any fancy office space or a big team of executives running things. It’s just us, a few workers trying to keep the business moving forward day by day. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes it hard to stay focused, but we get through it with some cold water and a bit of music on the radio. The street is narrow, so getting the delivery trucks in and out is always a bit of a puzzle. We have to time it just right or we block the whole lane. We aren't doing anything revolutionary here. We just make things, pack them up, and send them out to the shops. It’s a simple cycle. We’ve had good days and bad ones, just like any other local business. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. We just rely on the work itself to keep us going. If you’re ever walking through Janta Gali, you’ll probably see us busy at the entrance.
