Abastel Llp

You can find us at C-27 in Dilshad Colony. We are on the upper ground floor of the building. It’s a restaurant called Abastel right in the heart of East Delhi. Shahdara is a crowded place, and our street is no different. The restaurant isn't very big, but it’s ours. We have a kitchen in the back that stays pretty hot all day. There are a few tables for people who want to sit down and eat. We do most of the cooking and serving ourselves. It’s a lot of work, and we are usually on our feet from morning until late at night. The place has a very local feel to it. We see the same people coming in for lunch every day. We don't have a fancy menu with photos, just the food we make fresh. Sometimes the floor gets a bit messy when it’s busy, but we clean it up as soon as we can. Dilshad Colony is a good place for a small eatery because there are always people walking by. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us making sure everyone gets their meal. It’s a simple, honest business. We just want to serve some decent food to the neighborhood. We aren't looking to become a giant chain. We just like running our own place here in Shahdara. The rent is okay and the neighbors are friendly enough.
