Combine Ercon Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot number 401 in the Farming Facts area of Kailash Nagar. We are out in Ambernath East, not too far from Loknagari. It’s a bit of a distance if you are coming from the main city, but it is a good spot for the kind of practical work we handle. The plot is fairly large, and we have a simple building where we keep our main office. It is mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of cabinets for all the files we have to maintain for our records. We don’t really do much in the way of decorating the place. Most of the walls are just plain, and we have a few old calendars hanging up to keep track of the months. The area around us is still developing, so sometimes there is a lot of noise from construction or trucks nearby, but we have gotten used to it. We have a small team of people who show up every morning and just get to work. We don't have any complicated hierarchies or big meetings. We just talk to each other across the room when something needs to be decided quickly. It is a very hands-on environment for us. Most of our staff have lived in Ambernath for a long time, so we are familiar with the pace here. We just want to keep the business running and make sure the paperwork is in order.
