Dr. Palve Hospital

Dr. Palve Hospital is a small medical facility located in Varangaon. We are actually situated right above the post office. It’s a very easy spot to describe to people because everyone in town knows where the post office is. You just head toward that building and then come upstairs to find us. Dr. Palve handles the medical work here. We have been in this location for a long time. It’s not a big city hospital with hundreds of beds. We have a few rooms for patients and a small area for consultations. The stairs can be a bit steep, so we tell people to take their time coming up. Since we are in Varangaon, we see a lot of people from the surrounding farms and smaller villages nearby. The hospital is pretty basic in terms of how it looks. We have the usual white walls and simple furniture. During the day, you can hear the hustle and bustle from the post office downstairs. It gets quite noisy when the mail trucks arrive. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of people to answer the phones. It’s usually just a couple of us handling the patients and the paperwork. We deal with whatever comes through the door, from fevers to minor injuries. It’s a practical place for the local community to get their health looked after without traveling too far.
