Icanmanpower

We are located right near the Vani Vidya Mandir School in Gamaharia. Our office is part of N. Rajhans’ place in the Seraikela Kharsawan district. Being close to the school makes it easy for people to find us since everyone knows where that is. We work on manpower and staffing, basically helping people find jobs and helping companies find workers. It’s a busy little office with people coming in and out all day. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking through lists of names and skills. It’s not a polished corporate environment. There are stacks of folders and notes everywhere. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it gets messy when we’re in the middle of a big hiring push. We deal with all sorts of workers from different backgrounds. Jharkhand has a lot of industry, so there is always someone looking for a spot. We sit at our desks, talk to folks, and try to match them up with what’s available. It’s practical work. We don’t have fancy furniture or a big lobby. It’s just a room where we get things done. We’ve been here long enough that most people in the area know what we do. It’s a straightforward operation. Sometimes it's noisy but we manage. We just keep our heads down and try to help people get to work.
