Our office is located over at Ward No-1 in Hensaudi, right where K.C. Enterprises is. If you know the Seraikela area, it's not too hard to spot us. We go by the name Panchwati Real Developers Llp. We mostly deal with land and building projects around this part of Jharkhand. It’s a partnership, so there are a few of us making the decisions and keeping things moving. We didn't want a corporate office in a big city, so we stayed here in Seraikela-Kharsawan where we actually know the land. Developing property takes a lot of time and patience, especially with all the local rules. We spend a lot of our time out in the field looking at plots or talking to laborers. It’s practical work, not the kind of stuff you see in movies. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up, but we work through it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do right by the projects we take on. Our roots are here, so we care about how the neighborhood looks as it grows. You might see us at the site early in the morning before the sun gets too hot. We keep things simple and try to be fair with everyone we work with. It's just a group of us trying to build up the local area one project at a time. We hope the work we do makes the town a better place.
