You can find us at the Rameswaram apartments in Block-C. We are in flat 104, which is in Unit II in Adityapur. It’s a residential area in Seraikella Kharsawan. Living and working out of a flat makes things feel a bit more personal. It’s not like those cold offices in the city. We have our files and a few chairs for visitors. The 832108 area is where we've put down our roots. Sudisa Foundation is just a small group of us trying to make things better in this part of Jharkhand. Sometimes the neighbors wonder what we are doing with all the visitors, but they are used to it now. We don't have a big board outside. It’s mostly word of mouth. If you need us, you just come to the building and ask for the flat. We deal with a lot of local paperwork and help people understand how to get things done. It’s a bit cramped when more than three people show up at once. We share tea and talk about the local problems. Seraikela-kharsawan has its challenges, but we like living here. There's no big corporate hierarchy here. Just a few dedicated people who care about Adityapur. We keep things real and don't try to look like something we aren't. It’s just our base of operations for helping the community. Most of the time, someone is home to answer the door if a neighbor has a quick question or needs some help with a form.
