We are located in Takarjala, specifically at Bijan Debarma’s place in JK Nagar. It’s part of the Sepahijala district, so we are surrounded by a lot of greenery and old farmland. As a farmer producer company, our daily life revolves around the crops and the local people who grow them. We don’t have a corporate office in the city; we operate right from where the work is done. Usually, you’ll find a few of us sitting together on the porch discussing the price of seeds or how the organic manure is working out this year. It's a local effort, and everyone in JK Nagar knows everyone else's face. The pace of life here is a bit slower than in Agartala, which really suits the type of organic farming we do. Sometimes we have our meetings in the open air because it’s much cooler than being inside a small room. We deal with the usual problems like pests and irregular rains, but that’s just part of the job we chose. Our address at 799102 is basically a home base for the farmers around here to bring their produce once it's ready. There’s no fancy branding or big slogans on the walls. We just want to make sure the organic stuff we grow gets to the people who need it without too much trouble. It is practical work, and we do it because it’s what we have always known. Most days are spent checking the fields or organizing the next batch of produce for the truck transport.
