Prem Pyali Amruttulya Llp is a small tea business in Seoni. We are located in the Kidwai Ward, right near the Bhuteswar Mandir. Smt Saroj Sanodiya and Shri Ratiram Sanodiya run the place. It’s a simple setup. We don’t have any fancy coffee machines or a menu with fifty different items. We mostly just do tea. The day starts very early for us because people going to the temple like to stop for a cup before or after they pray. We spend a lot of time over the stove, boiling water and mixing in the tea leaves. It gets hot in the shop, but the smell of ginger and cardamom makes it okay. Seoni is a nice, quiet town, and our spot in Kidwai Ward is just a regular part of the neighborhood. We don't have any big corporate goals or things like that. We just want to make a decent cup of tea every time. Sometimes we run out of milk if the delivery is late, and we have to tell people to wait. It’s a very basic way to live and work. We don’t have any expensive furniture. Just some benches and a counter. We like being near the temple; it feels like we are part of the community here. We aren't trying to be a big chain. We are just happy to keep the stove burning.
