We have our shop in Ram Bazar, right on the Main Road. It’s a very different vibe from the big industrial yards because the bazaar is always full of people shopping and talking. Our place is tucked into a row of other shops, so it’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when we get a large delivery. The shelves are packed with whatever we’re carrying at the time, and it can feel a little cluttered if you’re not used to it. We don't have a fancy layout or bright lighting. It’s just a regular store where we know where everything is kept, even if it looks a bit messy to an outsider. Being on the Main Road means we hear the honking and the chatter of the market all day long. We usually have the front door open to catch whatever breeze there is, though it mostly just brings in the noise. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the other shopkeepers in Ram Bazar. We share news and sometimes help each other out when things get busy. It’s a simple life. We open up in the morning, sweep the front, and wait for the first customers to arrive. There isn't a corporate bone in our body; we’re just local people running a small agency in a busy market. If you drop by, you might find us sitting on a stool near the counter, just taking a moment between tasks during the long afternoons.
