TATHAWADE TOWER ONE PRIVATE LIMITED

Tathawade Tower One Private Limited is based on the 8th floor of Muttha Chamber-II. We are right on Senapati Bapat Road in Pune, just opposite the Sahara Hotel. SB Road is always moving, and being up on the 8th floor gives us a bit of a break from the noise of the traffic below. Our work is mostly focused on the Tower One project, hence the name of the company. We spend a lot of time in meetings here, looking over blueprints and talking to contractors. It’s a professional enough spot, but we aren't the type to wear suits every day unless we have to. The Muttha Chamber building is a well-known spot, so it’s easy for visitors to find us. Pune is growing fast, and there are towers going up everywhere you look. We are just part of that whole process. Sometimes the elevators in the building take forever, but that’s just how it is. We manage the details of the construction from this office. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails. We aren't trying to sell you a dream or anything; we are just building a tower and this is where we do the management. It’s a busy office for a busy city.
